Bailey is an entrepreneur and event industry professional who has been specializing in floral design since 2018, evolving into the development of multiple companies spanning wholesale supply, product-based businesses, and event design.

The Flower Wall Company — Focused on large-scale floral installations and backdrop design
Bailey Bloom Event Design — A dedicated event design division executing full-service styling and installations
Through years of real-world experience — installations, sourcing, pricing strategy, and scaling both product and service-based models — Bailey developed systems that bridge creativity and business. Floral Academy was created as an extension of that experience.
